Compliance Senior Analyst - Global Threshold Disclosures (12mths FTC)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze global threshold disclosure requirements to ensure full compliance across various jurisdictions.
• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings related to threshold disclosures in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for disclosure reporting.
• Identify, assess, and elevate potential compliance risks associated with threshold breaches or regulatory changes.
• Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the firm's compliance framework and risk controls.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in threshold disclosures or related compliance/regulatory reporting functions.
• Practical, hands on exposure to threshold filings.
• Experience working within an asset manager, investment adviser, hedge fund, bank, custodian, or regulatory reporting service provider.
• Strong analytical and data driven mindset, capable of interpreting complex position and ownership data.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in a deadline driven environment.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with threshold monitoring systems such as Confluence Signal and Charles River is beneficial.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional stakeholders, including Legal and Operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple filings and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive, self motivated approach with willingness to take ownership of deliverables.

Additional Compensation

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
