A local authority in the West Midlands area is seeking a proactive and strategic professional to join their team as a Compliance Project Manager. Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a new, streamlined process for DBS, Right to Work and other compliance areas. This initiative requires someone who can think ahead, anticipate challenges, and create a sustainable, forward-looking strategy rather than focusing on legacy systems.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal applicant will bring a project management mindset and be confident in process mapping and implementation. A strong background in compliance is essential, particularly in areas such as DBS, Right to Work, visas, and sponsorships. The role requires someone who can work independently, manage timelines effectively, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.

What you'll get in return
This is a temporary position and the rate of pay will be based on experience and paid on a weekly basis. The role is fully office-based to being with due to training. Once you have successfully completed your training, working arrangements will become more hybrid.
