We are seeking a 13F Compliance Specialist to join our team, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SEC 13F filings. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with U.S. regulatory requirements, particularly within banking and financial operations. The successful candidate will leverage deep regulatory knowledge to interpret and apply SEC rules, while collaborating across operational and compliance teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as the SME for all matters related to SEC 13F filings

• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations specific to 13F

• Analyse operational processes for alignment with U.S. regulatory standards

• Evaluate industry practices and benchmarks related to 13F filings

• Provide insights on regulatory interpretations and best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance and regulatory affairs

Key Requirements

• Proven expertise in 13F filing processes

• Strong understanding of U.S. financial regulations, especially SEC-related

• Background in banking operations or compliance

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Broader knowledge of SEC compliance beyond 13F

• Familiarity with industry best practices in compliance reporting

• Experience in risk management within financial operations
