Oliver James are supporting a thriving speciality lines, niche MGA with the search for a Regulatory Officer. You will specialise in SMCR alongside the wider compliance team.

Main responsibilities:

• Report into the Head of Compliance.
• Manage the SMCR requirements.
• Providing expert regulatory support to the business.
• Participate in horizon scanning.
• Submit regulatory returns.
• Staying updated on relevant regulatory updates.
• Manage the company's governance timetable.
• Give regulatory training to staff.

• Strong regulatory compliance expertise within insurance is essential.
• Experienced in horizon scanning.
