The Compliance Monitoring Function at easyJet is a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to ensuring safety and compliance across the organisation. This team develops and implements an integrated approach to monitor compliance throughout the entire easyJet entity, including Group Operations Services (GOS) and all easyJet Certificated Organisations in the UK, Austria, and Switzerland. The Compliance Surveyor is primarily responsible for delivering audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and business requirements. The role also involves activities to improve our Compliance Monitoring System and the wider Integrated Management System.
What you need to do this role
As a Compliance Monitoring Surveyor, you should have experience and excellent knowledge of EASA and/or UK aviation regulations, along with Health & Safety regulations. A background in Compliance Monitoring, Quality Control/Assurance, or Health & Safety, and experience conducting audits or inspections in an aviation environment are essential. Holding an Internal or Lead Auditor qualification, a Health & Safety qualification, ISO 9001 standard training, or equivalent is desirable.
You must understand Compliance Monitoring, Health & Safety, and Management Systems. Knowledge of Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Crew Training, Health & Safety, and Environmental Management systems would be advantageous.

This full-time role is based in Luton with hybrid working options. The role requires 40 hours per week and frequent travel across the easyJet network, so flexibility is essential.
