Compliance Manager - AML & Data Protection (12 Month FTC) Oliver James is delighted to partner with a leading global insurer to recruit a specialised Compliance Manager with a strong focus on AML, Data Protection and Financial Crime.

The Role & Key Responsibilities

• Policy Management: Develop, maintain and implement up to date compliance, data protection and financial crime policies.
• Regulatory Impact: Assess the potential impact of new regulatory requirements on the business and formulate actionable strategies.
• Strategic Support: Partner directly with the Head of Compliance and wider team to deliver compliance services across the organisation.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: A minimum of 6 years of compliance experience within the Financial Services space.
• Qualifications: An LCI qualification is highly preferred.
• Expertise: Deep, working knowledge of Data Protection frameworks and AML regulations within the Insurance or Financial Services sector.
