About The Role:

Working onsite at the Southbank Centre for OCS, with hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The role involves overseeing and assisting with Helpdesk, Contract administration, Subcontractor administration, Assets administration, and Finance administration.

Key Duties:

  • Ensure proper management of processes and workflows, covering holiday and sickness leave, and develop the team's ability to cover each other to minimize impact.
  • Set up new staff on the system, configure their phones, and provide training on device usage and job management.
  • Produce engineer productivity reports for the Operations Manager.
  • Maintain all relevant documentation, review processes regularly, and ensure compliance logs are updated through weekly checks.
  • Keep staff and subcontractor records, including training matrices, up to date.
  • Manage equipment calibration schedules and liaise with the Operations Manager regarding new substances or materials.
  • Regularly review and organize records, ensuring they are current and stored correctly.
  • Coordinate cross-charging activities with the Operations and HD Managers.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with event management, attend meetings, and provide feedback.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • IT literacy, clear communication skills, and the ability to articulate well both verbally and in writing.
  • Conscientious, hardworking, and punctual.
  • Self-managing, adaptable to change, and capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive attitude, focused, and committed.
