Contract Type: Temp - Perm
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

About the Role: My client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Compliance Lead to join their team, responsible for ensuring that all Hard FM (Facility Management) maintenance and inspection activities meet statutory compliance standards. You will play a pivotal role in managing and validating compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with asset maintenance schedules, and driving continuous improvement in compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Documentation Management: Review, manage, and challenge statutory compliance certifications for Hard FM maintenance and inspections from supply chain partners.
  • Asset Validation: Support the validation of asset evidence linked to Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, ensuring all certificates are in place and that the work is completed to the required standards.
  • Scope of Work Review: Ensure the correct scope of work has been completed for the asset type and maintain alignment with the required compliance documentation.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain partners to track and align compliance documentation, ensuring all reports meet submission criteria.
  • Report Quality Control: Provide feedback on the timeliness and quality of compliance reports, and challenge data that doesn't meet set standards.
  • Software and System Management: Maintain a relationship with the validation software provider, offering feedback on system performance and supporting product development to improve accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Compliance Support: Act as the go-to contact for compliance-related inquiries from the FM West delivery team.
