Compliance Lead - AI Audit & CX Ops (Hybrid)

Tripadvisor Group in London seeks a Compliance Lead to ensure service operations adhere to refunds, promotions, and gestures of goodwill. You will audit BPO and internal Resolution/Experience Recovery processes, monitor AI-enabled compliance, and drive risk mitigation and policy enforcement to protect customers.

This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in our London office, with regular collaboration across stakeholders to sustain a customer-first approach and regulatory alignment.
