About Our Program

You'll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you'll take on real projects, build technical and people leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey. Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day to day role will cover responsibilities such as:

• Support the Compliance team in translating regulatory requirements (food and non food) into practical policies, processes and governance documentation.
• Assist with research into local regulatory frameworks and help maintain trackers for authority contacts, product categories and compliance obligations.
• Help prepare materials for risk assessments, compliance reviews and stakeholder reporting.
• Support the coordination of training and awareness content aimed at building a compliance first culture across the business.
• Assist with organising and maintaining governance documentation, SOPs and internal control records.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects supporting the wider build out of the Legal and Compliance function, including process improvement and administrative support.

About You

• Currently studying towards, or recently completed, a degree in Law, Business, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to summarise complex information clearly.
• Highly organised, detail oriented, and comfortable working with trackers, documents and reporting tools.
• Proactive and curious, comfortable asking questions in a fast paced environment where not every answer is immediately clear.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; able to work well with cross functional stakeholders (Legal, Operations, Commercial).
• Prior internship or coursework exposure to compliance, e commerce, or supply chain is a plus but not required.
