Compliance Engineer

Bedford- Hybrid

£40,000-£45,000

Are you a Quality or Compliance engineer with experience of liaising with national retailers? My client is currently recruiting for a their next quality manager to ensure the compliance and quality standards of their electronic products are up to scratch with both retailer and UK standards.

Roles/Responsibilities
  • Working to ISO9001 standards
  • Liaising with national retailers and trade counters to manage standards
  • Ensuring all electronic goods meet UK regulations
  • Monitoring packaging and equipment wastage
  • Get involved in product development sign off
What We're Looking For
  • 5 years + in a Quality assurance/ compliance role
  • Experience with electronics, white goods, furnishings, or any product sold by retailers and/or trade counters such as B&Q, Argos, Sainsburys, Travis Perkins, Currys, Screwfix, Toolstation etc.
  • Experience with online sales would be beneficial
  • Experience of QMS, audits and ISO9001
