Compliance Transformation Business Analyst - Fraud Detection Project vacancy for our Switzerland-based client in the banking sector
Your tasks:
- Lead requirements gathering through interviews and collaboration with stakeholders, including Compliance, Risk Management, Legal, and IT teams, to document business needs for the fraud solution.
- Create detailed functional requirements documentation to align the solution with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and select the most suitable solutions and technologies for the organization's fraud detection needs.
- Plan data integration strategies with existing systems (eg, core banking, payment processing, CRM).
- Develop comprehensive test cases and collaborate with end-users to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Your experience/knowledge:
- At least 10 years of experience in project delivery within a compliance or regulatory environment, ideally in banking or financial services.
- Strong experience in Compliance, Risk Management, and Legal within the banking sector.
- Deep expertise in Business Analysis, particularly in internal fraud detection and prevention.
- Solid knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements relevant to financial institutions.
- Proven track record in process optimization and improvement for fraud prevention.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Agile mindset, comfortable with fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Proactive with a strategic outlook and a focus on innovative problem-solving.
