A dynamic, specialist (re)insurer operating within the Lloyd's market is seeking an experienced Compliance Advisor for a 5-month contract covering paternity leave. This hands-on role offers an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking managing agent overseeing multiple syndicates, including innovative and captive solutions.

Role Overview:
You will provide practical, day-to-day compliance advice to underwriters on regulatory matters including sanctions and licensing. Acting as a trusted partner, you'll handle compliance queries confidently, support compliance monitoring activities, and help ensure regulatory requirements are effectively implemented across the business.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven compliance experience within an insurer or Lloyd's managing agent (broker-only backgrounds not suitable)
• Strong knowledge of sanctions regimes and ability to assess sanctions queries
• Experience supporting compliance monitoring programs advantageous
• Hands-on, delivery-focused approach with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced hybrid environment
