Compliance Administrator - Compliance & Supplier Data Management 
Contract - 12 months
Job PurposeThe Compliance Administrator is responsible for coordinating the collection, organisation, and maintenance of supplier compliance information to support regulatory and customer requirements. The role involves liaising with suppliers, maintaining technical documentation, tracking compliance data, and responding to customer information requests. Success in this role depends on strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple information-gathering activities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Contact and follow up with suppliers to obtain regulatory and compliance information relating to products and packaging.
- Gather, review, and organise supplier documentation required for compliance activities.
- Create, maintain, and update technical files, declarations, and supporting compliance records.
- Build and maintain Declarations of Conformity (DoCs) and related documentation.
- Maintain compliance data relating to packaging regulations, REACH requirements, PFAS declarations, and other applicable regulatory obligations.
- Track outstanding supplier responses and ensure information is received within required timeframes.
- Maintain accurate databases, records, and document control systems.
- Support responses to customer compliance questionnaires and information requests.
- Assist in preparing compliance reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with internal departments to ensure compliance information is current and readily accessible.
- Identify gaps in supplier documentation and proactively follow up to obtain missing information.
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, document control, or data management role.
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Experience managing large volumes of information and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working with supplier documentation or regulatory compliance information.
- Knowledge of packaging regulations, REACH, PFAS, PPWR, or environmental compliance requirements.
- Experience using document management or ERP systems.
- Persistence and confidence in following up suppliers.
- Customer-focused approach when handling information requests.
