Our client is seeking a skilled Customer Service Sales Executive. The role is offered as a full-time permanent position, working from home one day a week (currently Friday).
Compensation and BenefitsSalary: excellent salary and benefits
Location: Dartford
Hours: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
Benefits include: 25 days holiday + BH, contributory pension 9%, 3x Life assurance, + more
Additional CompensationOut of hours: £100 per week plus additional on public holidays of £50 each day. This is on a Rota basis.
Role OverviewWorking in a team of 5, the overall purpose of the role is to grow sales and ensure an excellent customer experience. The key responsibilities include building strong and sustainable relationships with customers, acting as a trustworthy advisor, delivering excellent customer service, and proactively following up on quotes to drive sales through up- and cross-selling. The role involves managing high-value and prioritized enquiries/orders, working closely with Order Processing Centres and Operations to ensure smooth transactions.
