This role is perfect for someone eager to go beyond an analyst or partner role - you'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing decisions that impact thousands of colleagues across the UK.

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Annual pay and bonus cycles, ensuring accuracy, and alignment with business performance.
• Benchmark and position pay competitively
• Lead executive and long-term incentives
• Provide data-driven insights, analysing pay trends, equal pay, and gender pay to shape strategy
