Compensation Consultant - 12 month FTC

We are currently working with a prestigious financial services client based in the City who's on the lookout for a talented Compensation Manager. This is a fantastic 4- 6 month interim assignment with an immediate start, requiring a commitment of 4 days per week in their central London office.

• Implementing processes to enhance efficiency within the team and supporting the compensation and benefits strategy
• Overseeing the annual compensation review and budgeting process
• Leading reward projects, including research, analysis, and developing recommendations
• Driving forward operational and strategic reward initiatives in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders
• Ensuring benefits programs are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals
