Job Description
Pilgrims' Friend Society is seeking Care Assistants for Villa Adastra, a 40-bed residential care home in Hassocks, West Sussex. You will join a dedicated team to provide compassionate, person-centred care 24/7, promoting residents' dignity and independence.
The role requires empathy, teamwork and experience in dementia care. Full-time, permanent contract with 35 hours per week, day shifts. Flexible benefits and ongoing support are offered.
