Job Description
Company Secretarial Manager

My professional services client is seeking a senior level Company Secretarial Manager with a CGI qualification and strong technical expertise. The role requires the ability to manage a client portfolio independently from the outset. Candidates must have experience using Diligent Entities, a solid understanding of company law and governance, and excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, senior stakeholders, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients while supporting company secretarial and governance activities, including incorporations, board and shareholder meetings, statutory record maintenance, and HMRC Stamp Duty matters.
  • Lead and support complex corporate reorganisations such as demergers, share transfers, buybacks, and capital restructures.
  • Assist with workflow management, train junior staff, and work closely with senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with evolving legal and regulatory requirements while delivering multiple projects to tight deadlines.
Hybrid Working

This role offers hybrid working, with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home.
