Permanent Community Support Worker - Driving License Required

Looking for stability, great weekend pay, and a set routine? Join our community team in a permanent role (not agency) with a predictable two-week rolling rota.

The Schedule

Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun

Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri

Split Shifts: 07:30-13:00 & 17:00-21:30

Contract: Average 35 hours per week

Pay & Bonuses

Weekdays: £12.80/hr

Weekends: £16.80/hr

Overtime Incentives: +£25 per dayshift +£35 per backshift

Requirements

Must be a Driver with access to a vehicle.

Gender Preference: We are currently seeking Insert Gender applicants due to specific personal care requirements.

Experience: Not essential-we welcome both qualified staff and those new to care (full training provided).
