Community Retail Team Member - Flexible Shifts (Part-Time)

Co-op is hiring Customer Team Members to join our Bridge End store in Colsterworth. You'll deliver friendly, helpful service on the shop floor, tills, and may assist in post office, bakery, or online order picking for home delivery.

You'll work varied shifts, including weekends, to keep the store running smoothly. The role includes full training and a 12-month part-time contract at 12 hours per week with regular overtime.
