Community Retail Associate - Flexible Shifts

Co-op is hiring Customer Team Members at our Aberdeen store, offering a part-time contract (12 hours a week plus regular overtime) with paid training. You'll work in a busy store environment, on the shop floor and tills, helping customers and keeping shelves stocked.

You'll join a friendly team, support post office or bakery as needed, and promote Co-op membership while providing great service to the local community. Shifts include late afternoons and weekends.
