Job Description
Northumberland County Council's Connect to Work programme seeks an Employment Support Specialist to deliver tailored, in-work support, outreach across Blyth and wider Northumberland, including community settings and employer sites.
You will manage a caseload, work with partners such as SEND, NHS, DWP, and local services, and help residents move into meaningful employment; a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
