Job Description
Red 5 People is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support people with health conditions or disabilities back into employment across Barnet, Ealing, Hounslow, Harrow, Hammersmith, Brent and Hillingdon. You'll work across partner sites and be based in one borough, with a strong emphasis on community-based delivery.
You'll manage a caseload of around 25 participants, tailor employment support, and collaborate with employers to create opportunities.
