On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an Assistant in Community Health and Care (M/F) at 80%. Your future responsibilities: You will provide quality care, taking into account the resources and history of the residents, in a caring approach and ensure thorough follow-up to guarantee excellent collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and the families, while respecting the residents' life project. You will actively participate in the individualized support of residents in a family-like setting and contribute to institution-based care, leveraging your interest in the care of elderly people. You will be an essential link in maintaining an open, warm, and respectful living environment for the residents.Profile: You hold a CFC as an Assistant in Community Health and Care (ASSC). You have acquired diverse experience in your field, or you are a motivated recent graduate looking to join a caring team that will support you in your development. You demonstrate great commitment and an ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and the team.
