Community Fundraising Coordinator - 9 month FTC
Posted 2 hours 32 minutes ago by Diabetes UK
Come and join us as our Community Fundraising Coordinator at Diabetes UK and be part of a Fundraising Team that is driven to raise as much money as possible so we can support people living with, and at risk of, diabetes now and in the future.
You'll be responsible for managing your own pool of community fundraisers, providing excellent supporter care and helping them make the most of their fundraising.
You'll be the first point of contact for supporters and enquirers, responding across a range of channels and building strong relationships that encourage long-term engagement.
You'll also work closely with colleagues across the Community & Events Team and the wider organisation, providing effective fundraising and administrative support.
You'll help maintain and improve the systems, processes and supporter journeys that enable us to deliver an excellent experience and maximise income.
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and motivated by building relationships and delivering great supporter experiences.
You'll be confident managing a busy workload, communicating with a wide range of audiences and identifying opportunities to improve how we work.
Join us and be a part of something truly transformative. Together, we can change the narrative around diabetes and create a more inclusive world.
This role is office based with hybrid working. We ask colleagues to spend at least one day a week in the office, with flexibility to come in more often when it supports collaboration or the needs of the Charity.
We have a friendly and inclusive working environment here at Diabetes UK and are proud of our hybrid approach which allows great flexibility in the way that we work. This means that you can balance your working time between home and the office, subject to the needs of your role.
