Community Engagement Specialist - Older Adults & Holocaust Survivors

RGIT Australia is searching for an experienced Older Adults & Holocaust Survivor Community Engagement Worker in Leeds. This part-time permanent role involves delivering community-based support to older adults and Holocaust survivors. You will manage your own caseload, providing personalized support, advocacy, and interventions.

The successful candidate will focus on building trusting relationships while working with clients in their communities. A relevant background in social care or health is preferred, alongside strong empathetic communication skills.
