Community Care Officer - Shared Lives (Adult Placement)

Nottingham City Council is recruiting for a part-time Shared Lives Worker to join our Adult Social Care team. The role involves working with Shared Lives carers, citizens and social work colleagues to review placements, update support plans and respond to issues, ensuring safe, personalised care.

The post is fixed-term for one year, hybrid working, 22.2 hours per week, with starting salary £33,673 rising to £36,581 pro rata for part-time staff.
