Key Responsibilities: Creating a Welcoming Space
  • Creating a Hub of Connection: Using your warm, friendly nature to make the cafe a safe and attractive space where people feel they truly belong.
  • Delivering Exceptional Service: Preparing and presenting high-quality food and barista coffee that inspires joy and positive well being.
  • Supporting Volunteers: Showing a caring and compassionate attitude toward our volunteers, helping them feel valued and empowered to grow.
  • Building Community Trust: Actively building genuine relationships with customers to ensure they receive a consistently high standard of service.
  • Cafe Operations: Working closely with the team on day to day tasks, including cashing up, record keeping, and maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness.
  • Safety First: Prioritising the health and safety of everyone within the cafe environment.
