Community Benefits Officer: Housing & Council Tax Support

North Northamptonshire Council is recruiting within our Revenues and Benefits team for a Benefits Officer based in Kettering. You will assess Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support eligibility and determine entitlement, advising the public on the benefits scheme and handling decisions and payments.

Join a busy team focused on accuracy, customer service, and compliance with legislation, with interviews on 11th or 12th August and a permanent full-time contract.
