About the role

We're one of LinkedIn's Top Companies 2024 and winners of the Housing Heroes awards 2025. Clarion Housing Group is committed to delivering high-quality new developments and vibrant communities.

We are seeking a passionate Communities & Social Impact Manager to lead social value initiatives in Latimer, the development arm of Clarion. Experience in construction or the built environment is required.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working autonomously across all phases of development projects. You will engage with local stakeholders, communities, authorities, schools, and partners to create meaningful social impact. You will measure program impacts using HACT & TOMs and support internal teams with social value queries.

This role involves travel across the region and requires working from our London office 2-3 days per week. It is subject to a Basic Criminal Record Check. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales.
