Communications Lead

A leading multinational organisation based in Citywest is looking to hire an experienced Communications Lead to join its team on a 6-month contract. This is a hybrid role. It is a great opportunity for a senior communications professional who can drive both internal and external communications, protect and enhance corporate reputation, and partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic communications initiatives. As well as leading and mentoring a small team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic internal and external communications plans.
• Partner with senior leadership, including the General Manager, on reputation management and communications strategy.
• Lead media relations, corporate messaging, executive communications, and social media activity.
• Support brand teams with communications strategies that drive business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and provide crisis communications support when required.
• Create high-quality content including press releases, presentations, speeches, and briefing materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years' communications experience, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or another highly regulated industry.
• Proven experience in corporate communications, media relations, and stakeholder management.
• Strong strategic thinking with excellent writing, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Must have people management experience.
• Experience advising senior executives and managing communications in complex environments.
