Job description

As part of Accuracy's Communication Department, you will join a dynamic team responsible for enhancing the firm's visibility, consistency, and impact across all communication platforms.

A key point of contact for a wide range of external and internal communication projects, you will be in contact with partners and work cross-functionally with internal teams (consultants, HR, IT) and external providers.


1. Web communication & SEO

  • Manage updates to the corporate website (content, news, service pages, new offerings, etc.).
  • Improve the site structure, UX and SEO, in collaboration with technical agencies.
  • Monitor site performance and ensure consistency across digital channels (LinkedIn, publications, CRM, etc.).


2. Corporate presentations & materials

  • Design, structure, and format PowerPoint presentations in both French and English.
  • Lead or coordinate a variety of communication initiatives: brochures, corporate publications, advertising.
  • Develop communication kits for internal stakeholders (Partners, HR, business teams).
  • Ensure all deliverables align with Accuracy's visual identity and editorial guidelines.


3. Cross-Functional and international communication projects

  • Manage end-to-end project workflows (briefing, timelines, validation, delivery).
  • Contribute to cross-functional taskforces including recruitment communications, training, international communications.


Profile

  • Master's degree in business, communications, marketing or design.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a consulting firm or creative agency.
  • Experience working in an international environment is desirable.
  • Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
  • Solid understanding of SEO practices and strong interest in digital tools and content.
  • Excellent command of PowerPoint, with a strong sense of design and layout
  • Familiarity with HTML/CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, creative and reliable, with strong interpersonal skills.
