We are currently recruiting for a passionate Commis Chef to join the kitchen brigade at this luxury hotel in Hook.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and talented kitchen team, assisting in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes across the hotel's multiple food and beverage outlets. The role is ideal for a chef looking to develop within a luxury hotel and fine dining environment.

• Basic salary of £27,000
• Approx. £8,000 service charge on top

• Previous experience within a professional kitchen environment
• Experience within a Rosette-standard kitchen would be advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
• Passion and motivation to develop within a Michelin or multi-Rosette environment
• Impeccable standards and a genuine passion for quality food and service
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn within a professional brigade
