Hours & Schedule

• Monday to Friday, no weekends.
• Core hours 7am to 3:30pm.
• Occasional evening shifts, paid overtime.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food from fresh, following the daily mis en place list.
• Assist Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Head Chef, working closely with a team of about four chefs.
• Handle basic vegetable prep, salads, sandwiches, and other menu items for the day.
• Show good attitude, take orders, and demonstrate willingness to learn.
• Opportunities to progress into senior roles for hard working, enthusiastic candidates.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in a professional kitchen required.
• Previous work in contract catering or restaurants with freshly prepared food preferred.
• Desire for better work/life balance with all weekends off.
