Join a high performing and well established London Commercial Valuation team as a Director, where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, elevating client service, and leading a talented group of valuation professionals. Acting as deputy to the team lead, you will oversee a team of 12 and take the lead on national key client relationships.

You deliver expert valuations, market appraisals, and consultancy advice across London and the Home Counties-while championing service excellence and commercial success.

What you'll be doing:

• Spearhead business development efforts and seize cross selling opportunities across the wider firm.
• Nurture a high performance culture where your team is inspired to grow their networks and win new business.
• Take full ownership of client relationships and drive the delivery of high quality valuation work.
• Support the strategic direction of the team while enjoying real autonomy to innovate and lead.

What we're looking for:

• A commercially astute leader with a proven track record in business development and people management.
• Deep expertise in commercial property valuation, particularly for loan security and financial reporting purposes.
• Proficiency in valuation tools such as KEL and Argus.
• An entrepreneurial energy and a passion for growing a team and service line.
