About the role:


The Commercial Specialist will play a key role in supporting the execution of our commercial strategy across Touch (Content Service Provider) and ABOVE (Processing Lab).

This role is designed to assume day-to-day account management responsibilities, ensure consistent commercial follow-through, and drive structured revenue growth across assigned accounts.

By reinforcing the client-facing commercial function, this position will enable the Commercial & Growth Director to focus on strategic expansion, revenue acceleration, partnerships, and cross-company integration.



About the responsibilities:


  • Account Ownership & Client Success
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned airline and media clients.
  • Manage day-to-day commercial communications and follow-ups.
  • Monitor contractual scope, renewals, and performance milestones.
  • Ensure strong client satisfaction and proactive engagement.


  • Revenue Growth & Optimization
  • Develop and execute structured account growth plans.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Media and Digital services.
  • Support pricing proposals and commercial negotiations.
  • Track revenue performance against targets.


  • Commercial Operations & Forecasting
  • Support pipeline tracking and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Finance on revenue projections and budget alignment.
  • Contribute to proposal preparation, pricing grids, and commercial documentation.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as commercial liaison between Product, Delivery, Finance, and Operations.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal execution.
  • Drive internal accountability and commercial visibility across departments.



About you:


  • 3-4 years of experience in Account Management, Commercial Management, or B2B client-facing roles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret pricing and revenue data.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, structured, and commercially driven.
  • Experience in aviation, media, digital services, or content distribution is a plus.
  • Creativity and sales driven objectives, such as cross selling and upseeling.
  • Fluent in English.
