Based in one of the firm's UK offices, you'll advise on sophisticated commercial matters across a diverse range of clean energy technologies and projects.

Description
The Commercial Solicitor will be:
- Advising on a broad range of commercial contracts relating to clean energy projects and businesses.
- Supporting clients across areas such as renewable energy, battery storage, solar, wind, hydrogen and other emerging technologies.
- Working on sophisticated contractual arrangements including route-to-market agreements, power purchase agreements, energy supply contracts and optimisation arrangements.
- Working collaboratively with lawyers across different practice areas on complex clean energy matters.
- Developing strong relationships with clients operating across the energy and sustainability sectors.
Profile
The Commercial Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with around 5+ years' PQE.
- Experienced in commercial contracts, with demonstrable exposure to the clean energy, renewables or wider energy sector.
- Confident advising on complex contractual arrangements and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Commercially minded, with excellent drafting, communication and client relationship skills.
- Keen to continue developing specialist expertise within the fast-evolving clean energy market.
