• Commercial Solicitor
• 2+ PQE
• Highly competitive salary (£64,000-£80,000 for Associates)
• Hybrid working (minimum 2-3 days in the office)
• High-quality, complex and market-leading commercial work
• Acting for FTSE 100 & FTSE 250 companies, public sector bodies and major organisations
• Advising on pure commercial contracts work, with a growing focus on digital and technology
• Work across technology transactions, digital transformation, data, procurement and outsourcing
• Exposure to public-sector procurement matters, from local to national and cross-border work
• Opportunities to work on international matters and strategic projects
• Close-knit team with a strong collaborative culture
• Working closely with colleagues in Leeds and the wider national Commercial team

• 2+ years' PQE as a UK-qualified solicitor
• Strong experience in pure commercial contracts work
• Experience or interest in digital, tech, IT contracts or data is highly desirable
• Exposure to complex or high-value commercial matters
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded, proactive and collaborative
