A highly regarded, niche commercial law firm based in Liverpool is continuing its strategic growth and is looking to appoint Commercial Lawyers, from 2 PQE+ to join its friendly and collaborative team.

Role Overview

The commercial team undertakes a varied and high-quality workload, including:

• Commercial contracts and trading arrangements
• Intellectual property matters
• Data protection and regulatory advice
• Supporting corporate transactions and wider business advisory work
• There is genuine scope to broaden your skillset across both corporate and commercial disciplines if desired

• Solicitors qualified in England & Wales
• 2 PQE+ - the firm is genuinely flexible
