Job Description
  • Global events business seeks a highly talented experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to join their high growth sales team. This role will focus on a flagship digital marketing / tech exhibition held in the US.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Base Salary + (Uncapped Commission) + Excellent Benefits

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

You will be tasked with selling high value sponsorship and exhibition packages to marketing tech businesses globally. The role involves key account management and some new business together with international travel.

Responsibilities:
  1. Generating new business, increasing pipeline and bringing on new prospects
  2. Manage a number of existing accounts
  3. Sell high-value sponsorship opportunities
  4. Pitch clients over the phone and through face to face meetings
  5. Attend competitor events
  6. Consultative selling is a key part of this role; the right candidate should be able to sell creatively, through solution led selling
Profile of Candidate:
  1. 3 years + in B2B sponsorship / exhibitions
  2. Strong account management and new business capabilities
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Successful track record achieving revenue targets
  5. Someone with a consultative sales approach is a necessity here
