Job Description The OpportunityOur client is a well-established, award-winning manufacturer and distributor of premium bathroom collections, supplying through a network of leading retail showrooms, builders' providers, and plumbers' merchants across Ireland. With a strong market position built over decades and a culture that champions ambition, sustainability, and continuous growth, they are now seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join their team.
The RoleThe Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for continuously improving sales performance within the Residential & Contract channel across the Greater Dublin and Leinster region. This is a high-impact, field-based role with full ownership of revenue growth, market share development, and strategic customer partnerships across the commercial and residential bathroom sectors.
Key Responsibilities- General:

- Role-Specific:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets across assigned territories and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the bathroom sector.
- Promote the full range of product and service solutions to all key marketplace personas.
- Build distribution and brand demand across the portfolio.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while maximising existing customer relationships.
- Use the CRM system to support opportunity management and pipeline conversion.
- Collaborate with the Specification support team to refine the quotation process and win in market.
- Work with procurement and product teams to optimise accuracy between forecast and execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing movements, and customer requirements to identify opportunities and risks.
- Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and generate demand.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing expert product knowledge, commercial guidance, and effective problem solving support.
- Strong sales capability with a customer focused approach.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of core financial principles relevant to sales performance.
- Ability to analyse market data, trends, and insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Effective presentation and communication skills.
- Strong relationship and rapport building ability.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial sales within a relevant industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and delivering profitable growth.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities, pipeline progression, and forecasting.
- Full clean driving licence.
