The ideal candidate will:

• Be well presented and maintain a smart appearance.
• Exhibit a strong telephone manner and good written and spoken English.
• Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driving licence with access to a car.
• Display a positive can-do attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
• Have an interest in pursuing further training to become a Surveyor (desirable but not essential).

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Assisting with sales and lettings negotiations to achieve set targets.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with applicants.
• Conducting property viewings and providing clients with expert advice.
• Managing administrative tasks related to property transactions.
• Collaborating with team members to enhance overall service delivery.
