Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Senior Associate Solicitor with 7-12 years PQE to join a growing law firm in Central London. Recent hires include lawyers from top 20 law firms in the country.

You will join a boutique firm working with founder-led and high-growth businesses in the office, retail, and hospitality sectors. The firm has ambitious growth plans for this team over the next 2-3 years.

Experience required for this role

• Acquisitions
• Experience in Leisure, Hospitality, and Retail (a significant advantage)
• Landlord and development experience
• Asset management
• Lease renewals
• Portfolio management
