A Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with 1-2pqe to join the Surrey office, which also supports the Commercial Real Estate team across all offices.

The work is varied and interesting and tends to be in the following areas:

• Investment acquisitions
• Landlord and Tenant
• Mixed Use Development

You will enjoy a challenging and varied caseload as well as excellent progression opportunities working on exciting projects, and with loyal clients. The firm is looking for a lawyer who recognises the importance of balancing technical skill with outstanding client service.

The firm operates a discretionary hybrid agile working policy allowing employees to work from home (or another UK location) for up to 50% of their time. Individuals can also apply for other flexible working options either at the time of recruitment or during the course of their employment.
