The role focuses on financial administration and process improvement to deliver smooth operational support across category and commercial teams. Key Results Areas: - Manage current supplier development fund requests and outstanding balances (between £7m - £10m). Support colleagues with fund investigations, ensuring transparency and accuracy. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. Provide regular fund reports to suppliers and category teams. Handle and resolve related supplier queries in a timely and professional manner. Raise and issue Category Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and compliance. Track and monitor raised POs to support financial governance. Follow up on outstanding requests, working with internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. You will possess the following skills and experience: - Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Analytical Capability: Strong analytical ability, reporting, and PO management. Problem Solving: Proactive problem-solving approach with high attention to detail. Adaptable: You will be adaptable and open to change as we are an ever-evolving business and department. Highly Computer Literate: You will possess advanced MS Excel skills. Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
