An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and highly respected property consultancy with a strong presence across the South West. Based in Plymouth, you'll play a key role in delivering professional valuation advice across a diverse range of commercial property assets.

The Role You will be responsible for:

• Undertaking commercial property valuations for a variety of purposes including secured lending, acquisition, disposal, taxation and advisory work.
• Inspecting and assessing a broad range of property types including offices, retail, industrial and mixed-use assets.
• Producing accurate, professional valuation reports in line with RICS standards.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, developers and property investors.
• Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the professional services team.
• Supporting wider commercial agency and consultancy activities where appropriate.

About You We're looking for someone who:

• Is MRICS qualified (or working towards qualification with relevant valuation experience).
• Has experience within commercial property valuation.
• Possesses excellent report writing and analytical skills.
• Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Enjoys building client relationships and developing business opportunities.
• Is self-motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.
