An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Lawyer to join a highly regarded and growing commercial law firm with a strong presence across the UK.

This is a chance to become part of a busy and collaborative Real Estate team that advises an impressive client base including property investors, funds, asset managers, developers, public sector organisations and occupiers. You'll work on high-value transactions across the full asset lifecycle, from acquisitions and disposals through to development and asset management matters.

The Role

You will:

• Manage a broad range of real estate investment and development transactions
• Advise investors, property companies and developers on complex property matters
• Handle landlord and tenant work as part of a varied caseload
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support business development initiatives and help grow the team's market presence
• Supervise and mentor junior team members where appropriate
• Work closely with experienced lawyers on high-quality, nationally recognised work

What They're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
• Ideally 1+ years' PQE within Real Estate, although strong candidates outside this range will be considered
• Experience handling real estate investment transactions
• Knowledge of landlord & tenant matters
• Strong technical ability combined with commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• A collaborative approach and desire to contribute to the wider success of the team
