Join a well-established and respected firm with a history spanning over 100 years. We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to handle a broad range of matters in a supportive high-street environment that combines the culture of a friendly regional practice with quality commercial work.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord and tenant work, and development-related transactions.
• Provide expert legal advice and services to a loyal client base, enhancing client relationships and expanding business opportunities.
• Work autonomously, with the opportunity to influence departmental processes and client growth directly.
• Engage with local businesses and clients, building strong professional relationships and establishing yourself as a recognised adviser in the Surrey legal market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in commercial property law.
• Proven experience in managing a broad range of commercial property transactions.
• Excellent legal and commercial acumen, with the ability to provide high-quality advice and client service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a smaller team.
