The Opportunity

A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Emsworth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to work on a varied and high-quality caseload while developing their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of commercial property matters and play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions.
• Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, assignments and renewals.
• Acting for landlords, tenants, developers and investors.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial property documentation.
• Conducting due diligence and reporting on title.
• Providing commercially focused legal advice to clients.
• Supporting business development initiatives and networking activities.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Experience handling commercial property matters independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
